Having heard all about the fabulous Schwob’s bread available in Melbourne, the Sydney market started clamouring for their own supply. Thus, in 1997, Specialty Breads commenced trading in Sydney to supply Schwob’s bread to the NSW and ACT markets.

Since that time, demand has grown enormously and Schwob’s breads are now available at a large number of supermarkets, café's and deli’s. Specialty Breads supply direct to store and do not supply distributors.
